Juunanagou

#17 is one of the last androids created by Dr. Gero to destroy Goku. He and his sister, #18, were originally humans, but altered to suit Dr. Gero's purposes. 17 is incredibly powerful, and like his sister enjoys wreaking havoc upon the human populace. His particular favorite is running things over with cars. He briefly fights with the Z warriors against Cell, who successfully absorbed him and his sister.
