King Kai

King Kai is one of the Lords of Worlds. It is on his little planet that Goku trains in the afterlife. The true power of this strange master is never seen, but it is implied that he is extremely powerful. At any rate, he does a fine job training all those who come down Snake Way to see him. He is a jolly fellow, disposed to cook and make terrible puns.
