Nappa

Nappa was the Commander-in-chief for the Saiyan military back on Vejiitasei. He accompanied Vegeta throughout his life, always loyal if not bright. Vegeta rewarded his services by destroying him for failing to beat Goku on Earth. Nappa was extremely strong and apparently loyal to Vegeta despite Vegeta's poor treatment of him, but his low intelligence level left much to be desired.
