Mr. Satan

Mr. Satan is the world's #1 martial artist, at least in a professional arena similar to that of professional wrestling. Although he does indeed have significant skill, he is actually a coward, a braggart, and a source of infinite entertainment. He first appears in during the Cell game, eager to fight at first and then suddenly developing a "stomach ache" as soon as he sees just how out of his league Cell his. He loves attention from the media, and as such takes credit for all the battles Goku and the others win. He's the father of Videl and constantly embarasses her, but has a good heart. He proves his worth at the very end of the series when he saves Vegeta and helps Goku defeat Buu.
