Trunks

Trunks is the son of Bulma and Vegeta. He is first seen when he comes from twenty years in the future to warn the Earth warriors of the threat of the androids. There are, because of this situation, two Trunks, one from the future (Mirai), and one from the actual timeline (Chibi).

Mirai Trunks is an extremely powerful fighter, who aids Goku and his friends immensely during their battles. He is very solemn as a result of the horror of the world he grew up in, a world ravaged by the Jinzoningen where Goku, Vegeta, and the others no longer exist. He desperately wants to be close to the father he never knew, but Vegeta's pride, as always, gets in the way, although the two do make a sort of peace by the time Mirai Trunks says his final farewell.

Chibi Trunks, on the other hand, is as full of spunk as one would expect from the child raised by the heiress of Capsule Corp. and an arrogant Saiyan prince. He is capable of going Super Saiyan at a very young age, much to the delight and chagrin of Vegeta. He is very kind-hearted, and has an intense bond of friendship with Goten, who is a year his junior, and the two are capable of fusing into a single character called Gotenks, who has quite the nasty attitude, but is loyal and powerful nonetheless.
