Yamcha

Yamcha, originally known as the Desert Bandit, met Goku during his first quest for the dragonballs. Yamcha had developed a horrible fear of girls, and was hoping to cure it with a wish, but he met Bulma instead. He continued to train throughout the years, and remained one of the world's strongest fighters. He was killed during the fight with Nappa and Vegeta, and trained with King Kai until he was wished back. He continued to fight alongside his friends, but began to figure less prominently in the larger scheme of things as he lost Bulma to Vegeta as well as realizing the fights were out of his league.

Yamcha enjoyed a stint as a professional baseball player and is constantly accompanied by Puar.
